3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.2 Account Creation

Some of our services require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

  • Delivery may require adult signature and identification

5.2 Installation Process

  • Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • A responsible adult must be present during installation
  • You must provide safe access to installation areas
  • Additional work beyond the original scope may incur extra charges
  • We will provide system training and documentation upon completion

6. Warranties and Support

6.1 Product Warranties

We provide warranties as follows:

  • Hardware products: Manufacturer warranties plus our additional 12-month service warranty
  • Installation workmanship: 24-month warranty on our installation work
  • Software and applications: Provided "as is" with regular updates and bug fixes

6.2 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges, environmental factors, or acts of nature

  • Technical support available during business hours
  • Emergency support for security systems available 24/7
  • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting when possible
  • On-site service calls subject to applicable charges

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Acceptable Use
